prices are subject to our terms & conditions
therefore when you purchase an item from us you
give your acceptance to these conditions.
2.
All new item(s) bought come with the manufacturers
warranty only (not from Electronic Masters).
3.
It is the responsibility of the customer (not
Electronic
Masters) before hand to check with the manufacturer
the details of the warranty & length of cover
being held on the item being sold.
4.
We will not be held liable for any imported
or unreleased item(s) sold which do not hold a
U.K manufacturer warranty therefore customers
should check with the manufacturer before purchasing
any imported or unreleased item(s).
5.
All used item(s) bought come with our 31 day
guarantee which comes in force only when there
is no longer a manufacturer warranty.
6.
Used batteries are not guaranteed.
7.
We will not be held liable for any item(s)
found damaged, lost or stolen when goods have
left our possession (excluding Royal Mail Recorded/Special
deliveries & Parcelforce Euro48/Datapost International
deliveries).
8.
We hold no liability for any item(s) that we have
sold after 31 days from the date on the sales
receipt, for any service related problems please
contact your service provider and for any handset
related problems please contact the manufacturer.
9.
Any new item(s) found faulty within 14 days will
be exchange to the exact item purchased due to
stock availability (any removable fittings or
accessories for the item will not be exchanged).
10.
Any used item(s) found faulty within our guarantee
period will be repaired or exchanged due to stock
availability (any removable fittings or accessories
for the item will not be exchanged).
11.
It is the responsibility of the customer (not
Electronic
Masters) before hand to check with their Network
Service Provider that the item being sold supports
all the services the customer wishes to use. We
cannot exchange or refund any item that falls
in this category as this is not classed as a faulty
item.
12.
All customer faulty returns over the value of
£300 will be sent to the manufacturer for
examination & conformation of the fault before
a replacement or refund is issued.
13.
We
reserve the right to send a item to the manufacturer
for an opinion before a refund is given if there
is no direct evidence of a fault.
14.
We reserve the right to refuse any repair, exchange
or refund for an item where we believe there is
evidence that the fault was self conflicted.
15.
Any charges that applied for Handling fees or
Credit Card fees cannot be refunded after 45 days
from the date on the sales receipt.
16.
Any charge that applied for postage & packaging
for Recorded Delivery, Special
Delivery or Parcelforce International
Euro48/Datapost Delivery cannot be refunded.
17.
There will be a £10 call out fee for any
item(s) which we go to exchange for a customer
where the item(s) is not found to be faulty.
18.
We must be notified within 24hrs after signing
for your item if you notice any discrepancies
in your order, we will not be able to rectify
any issues that may occur after this period.
19.
Due to the increase in Insurance fraud & errors
being made from the introduction of Network Cross-Barring
we will no longer exchange any barred mobile handset(s)
unless there is written conformation from the
service provider that the handset was blacklisted
before the date on the sales receipt.
20.
We will not be held responsible for any disputes
on the ownership of any item(s) that we have sold
where the customer has not registered or reregistered
the item in his or her name.
21.
We will not be held responsible for any item(s)
new or used that we sell which are already registered,
1% of the items that we sell are unwanted upgrades.
22.
£8 will be added to the receipt of all customers
who's delivery address falls into the London congestion
charge zone, this fee is nonrefundable.
23.
If granted, items will only be exchanged or money
refunded if a valid receipt with authentication
stamp is presented.
24.
All refunds that have been granted by us where
the item is not classed as faulty will be subject
to a 15% Administration fee, this fee will be
deducted from the refund amount.
